Linda H. Wicks is a lifelong follower of Christ whose greatest passions have always been faith, family, and missions. Married to her husband, Tom, for over five decades, Linda is the proud mother of three grown children and grandmother to ten grandchildren, whom she affectionately considers one of her greatest ministries. Whether through Bible studies, shared travel, frequent conversations, or her much-loved annual “Grammy Camp,” Linda finds deep joy in investing intentionally in the next generation.

A 1971 graduate of Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri, Linda devoted much of her life to serving the church and advancing global missions. She served as Mission Director at her home church for more than fourteen years, a role that allowed her to work closely with missionaries, support global outreach efforts, and build lasting relationships across cultures and continents. These experiences shaped her deep understanding of faith lived out through obedience, prayer, and long-term commitment.

Linda is also a seasoned speaker, having shared her insights and testimony at MOPS and MOMs groups, Hearts at Home Conferences, women’s conferences, and mission events. Known for her warmth, authenticity, and ability to connect Scripture to real life, she speaks with humility and conviction drawn from decades of walking faithfully with God.

Her adventurous spirit has taken her on numerous mission trips and global travels, and even to the sky—having gone skydiving twice with her grandsons to celebrate her 70th and 75th birthdays. Today, Linda and Tom reside in Columbia, Missouri, where she continues to write, mentor, and encourage others to trust God fully, even when the path ahead feels uncertain.
